Core x Burn Fat

Toning the core and burning fat are the goals in this class. Different dynamic training that focuses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques will be included. The explosive movements burn fat and build lean muscle. 

 

he class is a mixture of circuit and HIIT, which is suitable for all levels, as our coach will communicate with you to understand your fitness goals and level in advance.

以減脂增肌為目的,透過循環(circuit)和高強度間歇(HIIT)的訓練方式,以各組針對性動作去做核心肌群訓練,增加肌肉比例以達到更有效和長遠的燒脂效果。

 

教練會先與學生溝通,了解運動目標和程度,再作出適合的訓練方式。
