Kiki 本身是一名肥妹仔,因為體重過高導致膝蓋及腰痛,於是下定決心減肥,成功在9個月透過運動減去接近20公斤,深深體會和印證運動可帶來的改變,亦因此成為健身教練,希望讓其他人體驗運動可帶來的改變。
Kiki was an overweight girl who suffered from knee pain and lower back pain. She decided to lose weight for health, and successfully lost 20kg in 9 months through exercise. Workout has brought her new life and experience, which turns her to become a coach. She aims to let her students experience the change she has had.
