Max自小熱衷於運動,但直至大學才初次踏入健身房。不消幾個月,他從初時見到槓鈴便心生恐懼,變成迷上重量訓練。他堅信重量能打造生活態度,並希望分享其別樹一格的訓練技巧及心得,讓不同學生體驗和感受到動作細節、心態和體適能上的改變。
Max was keen on sports since he was young, but it was not until the university that he first entered the gym. It only took a few months for him to become fascinated with weight training. He hopes to share his unique training skills and experiences, so that different students will have changes in their form of training, mentality and physical fitness.
