Michael Kwan                           Personal Trainer

Fitness and sports play a very important role in Michael's life. He used to do a lot of physical training when he was in SCAA youth basketball team and now he’s keeping intense training regularly to achieve his goal physique. He wish to set himself as a live example to motivate his clients keep working for their goals.

With his knowledge and sports background, he likes to combine weight-lifting and functional movements to help his clients improve their health, body shape and sports performance.
