In these Pilates mat workout classes, you will experience a series of controlled movements with different accessories. A combination of functional strength and contemporary Pilates methods will deepen your abdominal muscles and improve flexibility and posture. The weighted resistance exercises help to prevent injuries and improve body alignment and balance.
