Tim 在英國時已開始從事教練工作,擁有10年經驗。他熱衷運動和喜歡助人的性格,促使他成為一個健身教練。運動除了讓他看到自己的弱項,還讓他看到自己的強項,令他對生活更正面積極。「Limits are placed upon yourself, Break those limits」是他的訓練哲學。

Tim has been coaching for 10 years since he’s in the UK. The passion for fitness and wanting to help others naturally brought him to become a personal trainer. Through exercise, he does not only see his own weakness, but also the strength, which motivated him to be positive in life. “Limits are placed upon yourself, Break those limits” is his training philosophy.
