The Core training programs will not only focus on results, it will improve your overall health in a sustainable way.We hope all our clients can be better physically and mentally.

Personalized training
Core trainers will use evidence based training programs to cope with your daily lifestyle.As we know that Hong Kong working class are often very busy.Weather you worked a 9-6 job or a busy housewife ,with Core personalized program you will be able to achieve your goals effectively without sacrificing too much of the daily lifestyle.
Our training programs usually consists a phase of 2 to 3 sessions weekly with proper nutrition guidelines.Core trainers will also provide a tracker to track your progress.
CORE 教練將使用有科學研究證據的訓練計劃來配合您的日常生活方式安排課程表。我們知道香港人的生活非常忙碌,無論您是從事9-6的上班族還是忙碌的家庭主婦,通過TEAM CORE 個人化訓練計劃,您將能夠在不太犧牲日常生活的情況下,有效地實現您的目標。
我們的訓練計劃通常包括每周2到3次的訓練課程,並附有適當的營養指南。CORE教練還將提供’Tracker Sheets’來了解您的身體進展情況。
